Our Tour Approach

Time Frame

Most our our tours take place in January or early February. We choose this time frame for three reasons. First, it is far less crowded. Sometimes the holy sites are so crowded during the Easter season and the summer that tour groups are not able to visit them. Second, the weather is much milder. The summer months are very hot. Third, because it is not the peak season, the prices are generally lower.

Small Intimate Groups

We keep our group size small (no more than 35 to 45 persons) which allows the tours to avoid the problems of larger tour groups. We travel on one full service tour bus and we build friendships within the tour group.

Informal Study

We share together in brief times of scripture reading, prayer, singing and worship throughout the tour as we explore special places and our faith. We have fun and fellowship together.

Deluxe Lodging & Travel Services

We work with first class, experienced tour companies and we use only deluxe hotels for lodging and meals. We also travel with a tour company representative and outstanding tour guides.

Comprehensive & Conservative Costs

We work hard with the travel agency to keep our costs conservative, and we price our tours in a comprehensive way. We build everything into our tour cost (air and ground transportation, deluxe hotels, most meals, experienced guides, entrance fees, headsets for communication, all gratuities for guides, drivers, and hotel staff (housekeeping, meals, and porters). Tour participants are generally responsible for only one lite meal each day (lunch) and their personal expenses (souvenirs, laundry services, and travel insurance).
